Young Cares Mentoring Project Worker

Carewise provides practical and emotional support for young carers in north Devon. Based in Bideford the postholder will be responsible for planning, organising, delivering and monitoring a mentoring service to rural young carers from families experiencing mental health problems and managing recruitment of volunteer mentors for the project.
